A village fair is a small
exhibition for the villagers. People of different religious and class gather
together in the fair. Every year it is held in the village. It sites beside a
river. It is mainly held between July and august. It sits under the open sky.
Different types of tents sell their self made goods. Muri and murki are the
main attraction of the fair. Besides sweet, fancy goods, kites, dolls are the
attractions of the fair. Different types of seasonal fruits are sold in the
village fair. The hawkers also sell their goods in the fair. Different types of
folk songs are played in the loud speakers. Most attraction of the fair is
magician, circus and jatra pala. The children enjoy the fair more. The young
people enjoy the jatra pala and display of magician the whole night. A village
fair is a part of village culture. It is a traditional assembles.
