 Necessity of  learning English 

English is an international language. No nation can do without English today. At present, English is very important to keep pace with the advance and developed countries. We should learn English because we can not expect to have a good job without it. A foreign office can not function without English knowing people. A pilot or a stewardess, a telephone operator or a tourist guide also must know English. We do not find it easy to live abroad unless we know English. Furthermore, without knowing English, we cannot enter directly into the store house of knowledge. Thus the necessity of English can not be ignored any way. But unfortunately, in Bangladesh, English does not get its due position. As a result Bangladesh has remind backward in education and research as well as in other spheres of life. So, we should take all necessary steps to have a good command in English. Then we will be able to face the challenges of the modern world and to lead the nation in the international.
