Arranging job opportunity by ones own effort is called self employment. As we are over burdened with a huge population, we can’t provide them all with proper employment opportunities. So we need to inspire the educated but unemployed youths to have resource to self employment. A man can explore his qualities, capacities and qualifications for formulating scopes of employment. People can open small scale industries or business of their own. The atmosphere of our county is getting congenial to self employment. Micro credit programmes of different banks are encouraging the entrepreneur such programmes are under the scheme of fishery, cultivation, flower cultivation etc. government should also liberalize the loan policy so that the able young man educated or understand can avail the opportunity. Thus it can be made more popular. A self employed man can learn new lesson and gather new experiences. His example is an inspiration and his achievement is an examples to other. In the fact of failure a self employed person does not lose esteem and this gains him the symbolic figure of self reliant of the world.
