Bangladesh is in the south east Asian country. It is surrounded with India in three sides and the bay of Bengal to the south. She attains her independence in the 16th December,1971 after a nine month valiant struggle against the occupied Pakistan army. Bangladesh is a tropical country with most climate. It is not too much hot here. the chief occupation of the people is agriculture.Besides there are also businessmen service holders,teachers, physicians and many others professionalists. the entire country is covered with green carpet. Besides the hilly regions of chittagong,the tea gardens of sylhet, The royal Bengal tigers of the sunderbans the greatest mangrove forest of the world and the world biggest sea beach at Coxs-Bazar are the main attraction of this country. Besides these , the Bangladeshis observe pahela baisakh, Ekushey February, Eid ,Durgapuza,and so on.
They are very rich in their cultural tradition. These cultural festival are also an attractive future of this nation. The inhabitants of this country are very hospitable and peace loving . They are only nation in the world who fought for language. Most of the people speak in Bangla. It is the state language. Majority of our people are Muslims. Besides there are few Hindus, Buddists, Christians, as well. All the people live here with peace and harmony. I am truly poud to be a Bangladeshi. I adron my country very much.
